Interactive Designer

The Position:

The 9thWonder Denver team is looking for an Interactive Designer to share in our passion for creating work that unearths a compelling difference in brands. You are a creative mind that can give awesome thoughts to brainstorms and campaigns. You get excited to create brand identities and won’t shy away from e-mail design/coding and banner ads. We are seeking beautiful, thoughtful design that helps elevate our clients’ product/service to a wonder in its world

As an Interactive Designer, you:

  • Are a visual thinker with strong color and typography skills.
  • Design layouts for digital media
  • Conceptualize and visually communicate design directions.
  • Design responsive layouts and interfaces for web, with a mobile first mindset.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative that are on strategy and achieve client objectives.
  • Design custom assets such as icons and data visualization.
  • Design logotypes and word marks that tie into brand development.
  • Collaborate with developers to dial in transitions and see your creative vision through.
  • Are knowledgeable and remains current on client’s brand and brand standards.
  • Remain current on industry trends and technology.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience crafting interactive projects.
  • Extraordinary portfolio of high-visibility work for established clients.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch. Bonus - After Effects, Anima,
  • PowerPoint or experience with photography and illustrations.
  • Ability to produce optimized assets for developers.
  • Experience in prototyping for interface transitions.
  • Excellent social skills and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity skills with attention to details and deadlines.
  • Highly-organized and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities under a tight deadline.
  • Strong file management skills.

Administrative Assistant – Denver

The Position:

The 9thWonder Denver team is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can handle everything around the office. You are a self-starter, dependable Administrative Assistant, in charge of scheduling meetings, greeting clients, answering and screening phone calls. You will also be tasked with ordering and managing supplies, handling mail, and making sure common areas maintained. At times, you will be asked to schedule travel, mail documents and create presentation boards.

This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM and will be the first and last person our guests interact with and will play an essential part in setting the tone for our organization. You will be instrumental in making their visit here a Wonder-filled experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and guests in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, sort and distribute mail, send periodic client correspondence and coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Sign for all incoming deliveries/packages and notifying each recipient ASAP.
  • Make sure the reception area looks presentable when the client/guest walks in.
  • Help manage conference room scheduling.
  • Make sure conference rooms and commons area are clean and ready at a moment’s notice.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings by bringing in drinks, food, notepads, writing materials, etc.
  • Place food orders for meetings.
  • Maintain the kitchen and supply areas by ordering and stocking office and kitchen supplies.
  • File or purge old files by recycling or packing them for off-site storage.
  • Occasionally run errands outside the office (picking up last minute supplies or food orders for meetings).
  • Assist with other related office duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

The ideal Administrative Assistant is:

  • Meticulously detail oriented and organized
  • Reliable with a positive attitude
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects throughout a day
  • Friendly and upbeat on the phone and in person

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently sit, talk or hear, and will occasionally stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is often required to stand and walk. The Front Office Coordinator must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, and generally lift and move up to 25 pounds. This position may require entry into confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
