Video Campaign for New Reservation Service

Comcast is one of the nation's leading providers of communications, entertainment and cable products and services. Needing to launch a new product, SpaJour, an Open Table-style application for beauty reservations, they came to 9thWonder for help launching this product in specific markets. Because it was a pilot program, the launch needed to be high-impact and surgically targeted. Results at the conclusion of the program needed to be measurable and provide insights for repeating the strategy model in future markets. Additionally, Comcast was under an extremely tight deadline to execute and deliver the entire project within four weeks.



To kick off the SpaJour project, 9thWonder organized and led discovery exercises in the form of external client and internal employee interviews, both in person and via phone. Once all input was gleaned, 9thWonder strategized internally and presented a sample video design, script and sample display ads to show the campaign as a single cohesive initiative. Ultimately, 9thWonder built out all the online ads, produced the final video and managed the remarketing, display and PPC campaigns for the duration of the pilot program.
