Design Wright Studios

Design Wright Studios, one of Denver’s leading interior design companies, came to Carbon8 in need of a new logo and online presence that more accurately reflect their style and design expertise. Design Wright went through an expansion with the opening of a new showroom in RiNo that allows them to partner with other local vendors to create an experience that does not exist in Denver. During this process, they needed Carbon8’s design expertise to reinvigorate the brand as well as give them the look and feel they would need to stand out among the other design companies in Denver.

Logo

Prior to the logo re-design, Design Wright’s logo was a simple lettermark that did not represent a sleek, modern look and feel to the best of its ability. Carbon8 was inspired by the elegance and timelessness Design Wright brought forth in each of their projects. Ultimately, Design Wright embraced a new logo that appealed to a classic taste but was also recognizable and impactful. Carbon8 incorporated line work in creative ways throughout the logo mark as well as the font tying the elements together, a practice Design Wright can relate to during their design process.

Website

The website design was a way for Carbon8 to tell Design Wright’s story through visuals and organization. Design Wright only needed a few pages to fulfill their online goals of educating users about their offerings and encouraging them to come to the physical showroom location. Carbon8 took advantage of strong, engaging photography to attract designers and customers. Because the photography told a large part of the story, Carbon8 balanced that with subtle design elements that supported the elegant logo design that can be seen throughout the pages. Overall, the website is a representation of the physical showroom, influencing people to experience Design Wright in person.
